Gas Fired Spits
With electric motors 240v, temperature gauges and stainless steel shafts. Spits have castor wheels for easy mobility.

Small: Bar Length .800mm, will cook up to 18kg of meat Eg; 1 butt beef, or 2 small pieces of meat.
Dimension: length 1.5401 height 1.020, width .770

Medium: Bar Length 1.170mm, will cook up to 40kg of meat. Eg. 1 butt beef, 2-3 small pieces of meat, 1 lamb, 1 potato rack.
Dimension; length 2.100, height 1.020, width .800

Large: Bar Length 2.130, height 1.100, width .800

Meat can be supplied or use your own supply.

A $100.00 holding deposit is required for booking, & refunded when spit is returned clean.
Delivery and pickup is available.

COOKING OF MEAT - PICKUP ONLY

A charge of $100 for cooking a quantity of meat from a medium gas spit. Eg. quantities of beef, pork, lamb, wrapped in foil & supplied in a hot box (ideal for small parties)
Hot potatoes also available.
